Saturday October 9th Southern California Transit Advocates will have as its guest speaker Kathryn Engel, Transit Manager for the City of Glendale. The event is free and open to the public and starts at 1 p.m. at Angelus Plaza in downtown Los Angeles, 255 S. Hill St. (4th floor). There will be a q&a period after Engel’s presentation.
