workshops are designed to educate, encourage and empower you. Our
classes are affordable and we offer a sliding scale to those in need.

ABOUT THIS CLASS
Still got the weeble-wobbles?
Your
bike handling skills play a BIG FAT part in your bicycle enjoyment and
safety-both on the street and on the bike path. C.I.C.L.E. aims to get
you pumped up, skilled up and seriously rolling thru life. This class
will shake the shakes, and wrangle the weeble-wobbles right out of your
ride. You'll be amazed at what you will accomplish in this fun-filled
skills course.

Who's it for?
For riders who can balance and ride their bikes, but want to get their bike act more together.

What you'll gain
--Controlled starting and stopping;
--The ability to use those gears;
--Smooth turning and stopping;
--Better balance;
--Better bike fit and mechanical safety;
--Greater confidence and mucho, mucho more.

Already confident with basic bike handling?
You might be ready for a more advanced class. Check out the next
workshop in the series, 'Handle It Better!' Bike Handling Skills (Level
2)

Need a bike?
We
can rent one. Put your request in early, bikes are limited to first
come first serve. Sliding scale is offered for bike rentals too!
