Watch Multicultural Communities For Mobility Second Bike-Share Video

Downtown L.A. worker Connie Law tells her bike-share experiences in a new MCM video

Following on their earlier video profiling bike-share experiences and impressions, Multicultural Communities for Mobility has a new video exploring the benefits of, and barriers to, using Metro Bike Share. MCM writes: "we interviewed Connie [Law], a participant in our bike share trial focus group. Connie shares her experiences using Metro Bike Share for a month and highlights some of the barriers to equity and accessibility."

Metro recently announced dates for two bike-share expansions taking place this summer. Bike-share will open in Pasadena on July 14. The system will expand to Port of Los Angeles sites in Wilmington and San Pedro on Monday July 31. Venice expansion will also be this summer, though no date has been announced.
