  1. To be fair, all the reports I’ve seen from riders at the scene of the Torrance collision indicate that the police conducted a fair and thorough investigation. Evidently, the officer quoted in the Daily Breeze article was not involved in the investigation, and spoke without knowledge of the case. Which in some ways is even scarier.
