Featured Headline: Via Biking In L.A. comes the story of Louis Mraz, an alleged road rage driver who targets cyclists who cycle safely in Northeast L.A.  Apparently, when he's not making things scary and unsafe for cyclists with his actions, he attempts to do them with his words.  At a recent meeting of the Highland Park Neighborhood Council, this concerned citizen took time to badmouth the attempts of Figueroa for All to calm trafffic and make North Figueroa Street safe for all road users.  Awesome.
