Bike Lanes and Pedicabs.

This picture, taken in NY, illustrates another issue that the city will have to figure out. What to do about pedicabs rights in bike lanes? If you let them in, they take up the whole lane and are almost always slower than a regular bike. If you force them out....well, we all know the LADOT's disposition towards slowing car traffic.
