Woah, this is a huge week. Bike rides for bike protestors, bike rides for womyn, bike rides for gay history, bike washes to benefit bike messengers and a ton of important meetings. Even if I weren't on a slow train across the country I'd be hard pressed to keep up.

The Week in Livable Streets Events: Tour LaBonge, 710, Streetfilms Fundraiser for Shay and More
Right Now - The Metro Board of Directors meets to vote on various matters related to the "Measure R+" ballot initiative for the November ballot. The Board will vote on the language that will appear on the ballot, an amendment allowing the Metro Board (with a two-thirds vote) to move funds from highway to transit projects within a geographic region, and many other things.
