L.A. Mayor Karen Bass outlined her priorities as incoming Metro Board Chair. Following County Supervisor Lindsey Horvath’s sustained persistent push, Bass came around to supporting CicLAvia and other open streets event funding at yesterday’s board meeting. SBLA recapped the meeting, which also saw the board recommend adding a transit rider representative.
