TRUST South LA and its partners in the CicLAvia South LA host Committee will be hosting "FREE THE STREETS," an eco-visionary experiential art/music fest celebrating the bourgeoning bicycle culture of South Los Angeles. Metro Van Nuys Bl Rapidway Project Meetings
Metro and the City of Los Angeles recently launched the Van Nuys Bl Rapidway environmental clearance, the first phase of which is an Alternative Analysis Study. The purpose of the study is to
identify options for improving transit service along the corridor between Ventura Bl and the I-210 freeway that would connect it to the regional transportation network.
At the conclusion of the first phase, those options which best meet the project’s purpose and need will move forward into the environmental clearance process.
