Streetsblog readers are familiar with the sad story of how, on December 8th, 2014, Los Angeles County Sheriff Deputy Andrew Wood, while typing on his on-board computer, ran over and killed cyclist Milton Olin.
In late August, Los Angeles County District Attorney Jackie Lacey decided not prosecute Wood. For the time being, L.A.'s streets are a little more dangerous for everyone.
