Thank You Library Alehouse…Our Next Fundraiser Is 5/11 at L.A. Eco-Village

A gigantic thanks to everyone that came out on Tuesday night. A great time was had by all and we managed to raise over 20% of the costs of our weekly Santa Monica coverage. I would be remiss if I didn't give an extra note of thanks to Cynthia Rose and Bryan Beretta of Santa Monica Spoke who went all out in both publicizing the event and helping out the night of and beyond (getting raffle winners their prizes.) I've never been happier to give away a raffle prize than when Gary drew their names out of the green monkey basket announcing their win of a Flying Pigeon Road bike.

We'll start announcing the details of our Eco-Village fundraiser on May 11 in the coming weeks. But here's a spoiler: eco-friendly food, eco-friendly raffle, a Streetfilm debut, great beer and all the usual trappings. See you on the 11th.

But before we go, one last thanks to our sponsors from Tuesday night.
