County homes to expand freeways – all during the most recent five-year reporting period.Santa Monica is installing new sidewalks, crosswalks, protected bike lanes and more – to better connect transit riders to the 28th Street / Bergamot Metro E Line Station.Next Monday, Metro will close off four blocks of Wilshire Blvd. for three weeks.
