Tuesday - Do you like Critical Mass? I know you do. Do you like riding with the LAPD? Well, I'm not so sure about that. For denizens of the Valley the alternate Critical Mass known as "San Fernando Valley Critical Mass" leaves the Victory/Woodley Orange Line Station at 8:00 P.M. It's a good time. Tuesday - Our friends at the Urban Land Institute are back with their second "Future Build" conference looking at green architecture and development trends in Southern California. After a couple of really lackluster weeks, at least event wise, we have an absolutely packed week! I mean, on Saturday the city opens its public hearings on the most recent Draft of the Bike Plan, and for many of you that won't even be one of the three most interesting events of the week?

Tuesday - Last month, Joe Linton brought you coverage of the installation of bike lanes, and a corresponding road diet, occuring on Wilbur Avenue in the Northridge-West Neighborhood in the Valley. Last week, I talked about Council Man Smith's angry reaction. But what does the neighborhood actually think? The Northridge-West Neighborhood Council meets in the Beckford Ave. Elementary School,19130 Tulsa Street Northridge at 7:00 P.M.
