For those of you that can't get enough of our Mayoral Candidate Interview Series, we bring you the nearly unedited audio from our interview with each of the five candidates. Each interview went on for roughly ten minutes, but Shireen Alihaji and Kris Fortin edited them down so that just the answers to the questions made it into the final cut. However, for anyone that wants to listen to the entire interview, all five can be found below.

Streetsblog TV Live on Thursday: ELACC in the Morning, JSK in the Afternoon
Bright and early at 8 a.m., Kris Fortin will be broadcasting live from the East Los Angeles Community Corporation's panel discussion on street vending in Los Angeles. Los Angeles is one of the 10 largest cities in the U.S. without a form of legalized street vending. Street vending has been a part of Los Angeles' fabric, culture and economy for decades. If you can't make the discussion, but care about the issue, be sure to visit our LiveStream of the event. You Can’t Fix Traffic. You Are Traffic.
(Yesterday, the Los Angeles Times printed an editorial in their online opinion page by editorial writer Carla Hall. The editorial called out the City Council Candidates in CD 11 for not addressing car drivers' concerns at a Streetsblog Forum and suggested some ways to "improve" traffic on the Westside. Since we were mentioned, we thought we would respond.)
