L.A. voters went the polls and strongly supported for bus, walk, and bike improvements six months ago to the day. What is there to show for Measure HLA passage? Aside from a couple of projects that were already announced prior to the vote… nothing. (cue cricket noises.) The city says that will change this week, because HLA is about to trigger 450 feet of hilly new bike lanes in Tarzana.
