    I don’t think the headline for the Union Station story is accurate. The story describes a pick-up/drop-off area, not a park-and-ride lot.

  • The fact that CEQA has been used to block bike lanes should be Exhibit A in the case to reform this badly troubled law. CEQA is saying “we can’t make it safer to bike because it will harm the environment.” If that sounds absurd, that’s because it is.

  • In regards to changing attitudes about AT, everyone thus far has clearly missed CA Streets & Highways Code § 890.3, which defines all non-recreational bike trips as commutes.
