The City of Los Angeles’ Bureau of Engineering invites you to attend and provide comments at the Scoping Meetings for the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Restoration of Historic Streetcar Service in Downtown LA:January 23, 2013 
10-11am and 6:30-8pm
