Englander Touts Reseda Great Street Upgrade, Includes Protected Bike Lanes

The city of Los Angeles will receive its first parking-protected bike lanes this weekend. The new parking-protected lanes are part of a Great Streets upgrade to Reseda Boulevard in Northridge.
