    In fairness to the people who want the 710 to be finished, if you live at Valley and Fremont, you probably would see a local air quality improvement and a local improvement to quality of life. I’m not saying anything about region-wide (who knows) or the viability of the tunnel (no way it makes economic sense), but still.

    My goodness, how will completing a tunnel that helps commuters bypass LA, distributes traffic more evenly, avoids destroying communities unlike a surface route, and reduces pollution for communities next to the 5 Freeway “Ruin Their Air Quality/Quality of Life”?
