    In fairness to the people who want the 710 to be finished, if you live at Valley and Fremont, you probably would see a local air quality improvement and a local improvement to quality of life. I’m not saying anything about region-wide (who knows) or the viability of the tunnel (no way it makes economic sense), but still.
