    Good to see more $ for Blue Line safety. As ridership grows and headways shrink, we’re ultimately going to need to close some grade crossings and grade separate others…

    Also cool to see a plan w/ no parking requirements. Seems kind of silly to specify an FAR of 1.5 but then require a minimum height of 35′, etc… but it’s a step in the right direction.
