Programming Note: What You See…

Hi Streetsbloggers,

Preparations for tonight's fundraiser monopolized my time yesterday and threatens to do so again today, so what you see is what you get until Monday.  For all the latest national news visit Capitol Hill Streetsblog and for any local news updates, you'll just have to head to 117 Bimini Place tonight at 6:00 P.M. to get updates (get directions here.)  What fundraiser you ask?  Why, our 2nd Annual Spring Fundraiser at the Eco-Village, silly.  Tonight's event will feature:

    • Live Music
    • The Debut of our CicLAvia II Streetfilm
    • Streetsie Award Presentation
    • Delicious Food
    • Fresh Brewed Iced Tea, Fresh Squeezed Lemonade and New Belgium Brewing's finest
    • Beautiful Weather Perfect for an Evening in an Outdoor Garden
    • And 70 of your favorite Streetsbloggers

The suggested donation is $20 on a sliding scale. If you can afford to give more, that’s great. If you can’t quite afford $20, that’s fine too. We’re not turning away any Streetsbloggers that want to have a good time. RSVP’s are helpful, but not necessary. Drop me a line at damien@streetsblog.org or drop by the event Facebook Page to let me know if you’ll be joining us.
