    “Driver Slams Into Group of Pedestrians, Drags One For a Mile. Don’t Worry, It’s Just an Accident.” I think that’s a bit unfair–the Times post only uses “accident” to describe the initial collision between Miguel Penayo and the group of men in the other car. Penayo then drove at them, then hit Rosshadi Abauwad, who was leaving Starbucks. Nowhere does the post describe Penayo hitting any pedestrians as an accident.
