It's astonishing/infuriating/pathetic that LA can take years to do nothing on sharrows. Sadly it's funded, approved, spelled out... and yet they don't make it happen. After plenty of campaigning by LACBC and others, in January 2009 LADOT promised sharrows in March or April. Congratulations to Hermosa Beach! LOL on the strikethrough.
