		<description>Considering how beyond broke the federal government is, it boggles my mind that it would consider offering grant money to states that pass common-sense laws to safeguard their citizens.

Take the stick approach. If a state fails to take distracted driving seriously, it shouldn&#039;t be getting federal transportation money. States can pay for the extra enforcement with fines on people who are endangering lives.</description>
