		<description>I would think a crucial part of the Mayor&#039;s hopes to fast track rail constriction would be Metro being able to lure a top notch replacement for Rick Thorpe, who is now only going to oversee the Expo construction project. Also if it hasn&#039;t already a intense evaluation needs undertaken of the pluses and minuses of the experience of building the Eastside line, something I mentioned in a previous post in re delays etc.
