		<description>We could do this in LA. And we could do it better, because our neighborhoods are way more affordable. Grand and Wooster and Ninth in NY are very expensive neighborhoods and not very diverse.

In downtown if we got off this commerce kick, at least the commerce that feels it needs car traffic to survive we could do this. It would also be very easy to expand this to the eastside and southsides of LA.

Downtown should be turned into model for cycling and other forms of alt transit transportation.
