		<description>Actually, I tried to move it, but something odd was going on.  It appeared to be locked.  Then again since I do not usually use any device that has a key to start it, I could have been doing something wrong.</description>

		<description>I have to point out, that most scooters can be pushed out of the way without a key. That sidewalk looks like a grand place to roll it onto. 

Sometimes you need to remove road hazards yourself.</description>
