They don't go where I need them to go, when I need them. Why should I have to subsidize them?" and others protesting the cuts and fare hikes). Don't forget, it's a double-whammy: a 20% fare increase and a 7% decrease in service. One of the OCTA board members actually proposed dismantling the entire bus system.
