		<description>That picture is not representative of the the Victory Blvd. markings; it doesn&#039;t look like bike lanes.  It actually meanders across Victory Blvd. in broad curves and is mostly located in the middle of the street.  They&#039;ve been digging for utility relocation there for a few months now.</description>
