So, wait, this isn't in effect?!

This Sunday, my brother took a group of cyclists on an early morning train ride to South Pasadena from Highland Park (for our monthly Get Sum Dim Sum Ride).

The conductor yelled at them that it was "Two bikes per car only!" and was going to try and kick them all off, but cooler heads prevailed. Empty trains, Sunday morning, AND the rule wasn't even in effect. MTA WTF?

Couldn't find any when I checked out two trains this morning. If someone runs across it, can they upload a pic?

I'm pretty sure M's observation is of a trial run at some proposed decals for the Red Line.

This morning I saw new sticker/decal things on the Red Line. The whole wall was blue indicating that the disabled/elderly get the spot in each Red/Purple line car next to the door where there is a bar (indicated with the little handicapped picture in the picture in this post). Then in the area where the chairs were removed, under the window, there is a yellow stripe with pictures of a bike, luggage and a stroller.
