As there are property rights it takes a while to counter the NIMBY folks to clear new right of way. As far as I last read the rte 405 HOV is set to start next month, PCH retaining walls in 3 months, rte 5 drainage repairs also in 3 months, rte 138 turn lanes in 5 months, rte 710 soundwalls also in 5 month, rte 10 HOV in 9 months, and rte 5 HOV in 14 months.
