		<description>Well, it&#039;s 9 /07 /2010 and the extension is still not completed. No lights and the railings are not finished. Rode on it today and no work was being done.</description>

When will Riverside Drive/Crystal Springs Dr. have a lane turned into a 24-hour cycle track from LA to the SFV?

That would cost, I&#039;m guessing, 1/100th of this project, and would likely be safer and a better long-term investment as well.

Sorry to be a negative jerk. This really is a neat thing for recreational cyclists.</description>
