I'm curious if anyone thinks this bill will include more HSR funding. Obama has called the stimulus $8B, and the $1B per year for HSR a "down payment" and "just the beginning". If that's true, then I'd imagine the transpo bills are the other forms of payment that could fund these HSR projects. The "equity" part sounds great!
