LAs council does stuff rapidly all the time - for billboard companies and the vested interests looking for pension money. I think that what happened yesterday was a big step towards making the "bike lobby" a real, powerful, lobbying group in LA. The council responds to power, and for now cyclists certainly appear to have it. I think you’re looking this wrong pedal power.
