		<description>GREAT!~Now can we force the Government Buildings downtown to add some Pedestrian Oriented Functions on their ground floors?  More than any other property owner - the City is guilty of blighting downtown and making it feel like a scary place to walk around.  

Also - they should ban opaque metal roll up gates that businesses on Broadway use to shutter their storefronts at night.  Force a change to Metal Grilles or Translucent Gates - there needs to transparency along the street wall or else the city feels like a De-militarized zone.</description>
