		<description>I don&#039;t think Schwarzenegger is necessarily against the gas tax.  If the legislature had approved a budget with a gas tax in it, he would have signed it. It&#039;s just that the republican who was willing to change his vote demanded that the gas tax be taken out.  There was a discussion about Schwarzenegger and the possibility of raising the gas tax on Larry Mantle&#039;s Airtalk show yesterday morning.  It was fairly short, but worth a listen:
