For me, I want to know how likely it is that L.A. MTA is going to get a boost of funding from the fed for fast-tracking the purple line extension, and that CA HSR will get more fed money in the future.  I guess we&#039;ll know answers to these questions by the end of the calendar year (I heard the transportation bill is due in October).</description>
