But I do know that we don't need yet another public official with such disrespect for our neighborhoods and quality of life. Does he not support cycling, or just didn't feel it was worth his time? From a broader perspective, I want to know how they plan to take the Cyclists' Bill of Rights from words to results -- especially regarding the full support of an educated police force and judiciary. Until we finally enjoy equal protection under the law, no rider will ever truly be safe on our streets.
