		<description>wow, this is seriously scary.  while i respect the desire to discontinue dependancy on cars i am quite terrified of the image you present that makes me feel like your ideal is to turn santa monica into nyc on the beach.  really really scary!!  please don&#039;t perpetuate the destruction of the coast.</description>

I totally support your idea,
and I hope one day City of Santa Monica (and perhaps Los Angeles overall!) will look indeed like your 3-D model.
It&#039;s time to end this pathetic &quot;car culture&quot; that has been so heavily promoted, and it&#039;s time to build our city to level-up with the rest of the world: to create true urban environment: Pedestrian conditions, Landscaping, and Public Transportation.
