And further to Joe's comment: The kid also puts his bike on the front rack which is a bit of a faux pas when the back slot is open because that will make it a bit awkward for the next cyclist attempting to stow his ride. I know the argument in the kid's defense is his size might not make him able to get his bike in the rear slot, but still: fill the back slot with another bike before yelling action at the kid. I LOVE this. I’m gonna go listen to it again.
