		<description>I just read through the source blog, and it&#039;s an incredibly wonderful and thorough post!  I think that reforming parking (and even just exposing its tremendous subsidization) is one of the most critical and least understood frontiers for encouraging the greening of transportation.  Kudos to Zane Selvans!  and more parking stories requested at Streetsblog!</description>
