		<description>It&#039;s nice to hear that Metro actually has their priorities straight. Rail yards for the expanding light rail system are a key operational issue, and bus improvements are something that can be done quickly and cheaply while the rail network is expanded. The bike locker thing is also good, IMO, because it would suck if people can&#039;t get lockers, while the ones who have them leave them empty. Maybe it would be better to have some lockers that can be rented by the day?</description>
