re: sharrows - i'm definitely down for some sharrows. i think they are a great facility.

however - if people are asking for them, you need to read the CA MUTCD to know where they are actually allowed to be installed. i hear people saying they should be put everywhere - and that's not reasonable at all. it defeats their purpose.

they can only be installed on streets where there is parallel, on street parking.

now if you want the adopted parameters of the sharrows use amended, that is another thing i suppose.

just thought some people might like to know that.
