As nacho libre would say - it's the best.

I've been living in EP for over 6 years - love it love it - often think when I walk down the street that it's the coolest neighborhood ever - good to see others feel the same. To me one of the things that makes it so good is all the great people who live or work in EP and that I easily survive car free - it's no TOD but a organic transit oriented community that's been the way it has for a long time - with lots of us biking, walking and smiling -- and Echo Park Lake provides a much needed green space for all to enjoy -- now if Garcetti could just get the stinkin billboards in peoples yards out.
