Unfortunately, not everyone reads this blog or has access to the internet.

Moreover, Santa Monica&#039;s more efficient system will NOT curtail the selective enforcement of Los Angeles Municipal Code 26.01 by the LAPD as all ready shown by Officer Alvarez in Downtown and witnessed by many, including myself.</description>
