		<description>Fascinating that the city council would endorse a measure that&#039;s still very much a moving target.  Metro and the state legislature are still shaping what the monies would be spent on.  Personally, in addition to zero set aside for bikes and peds, I&#039;m skeptical about the monies going to nasty highway projects... like a tunnel to &quot;complete&quot; the 710 Freeway under South Pasadena. Yuck!</description>
