Panel
members include Port of Los Angeles (POLA) Chief Harbor Engineer,
Construction Division, Shaun Shahrestani, P.E. and Port of Tacoma
Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer Michael Adams, P.E.   The panel
will be moderated by Stacey Jones, West Coast Regional Director-North
America for Halcrow, and former Director of Engineering Development at
the POLA.
