Damien held it down on defense in both games. He and I brought blogger power to our teams - and with it VICTORY!!

As we say on VCM:

GET A CAR!!

(good having you Damien)

I definitely understand the impetus behind playing soccer in this way. After coming back to L.A. from college, I got booted off of so may public parks for playing soccer that I lost count.

They sell passes to play tennis in L.A., but right next to the tennis courts there will be a good field for playing soccer and as soona s you start they kick you off. When you ask if yo ucan buy a permit, they say you have to call some 1-800 number and make arrangement a month in advance.

Other cities have similar prohibitions against the game.
