		<description>I have been trying to better understand AB 842 and came across your blog.  Thank you for the clear description!  I think there is a lot of potential with this legislation.   Southern California&#039;s traffic problems and car dependency can&#039;t just be solved simply by adding more freeways.  More priority should be given to making walking, biking, and taking public transportation real, and inviting, options.
