It took ONE YEAR to get them to act on anything of actual import to cyclists. They should be congratulated for sending on recommendations to the City on this one issue, but this is the work of one man on the committee. They hardly discussed this issue during their last meeting. Progress has been made, but there is a long way to go. Wait a minute - they have been out of touch!
